Kristie Jensen-The Real In Real Estate.
My personal philosophy is that my core values and beliefs
are consistent in all areas of my life whether it be related
to my personal life or professional life. Having the benefit
of many “life experiences”, including those that were
fantastically rewarding and those that hit me like a 2-ton
truck, I have committed to my own “Principle for Success”.
This principle applies universally whether it’s to me, to you
as a seller of real estate, or a buyer of real estate. It’s
what I call the H. S. L. Principle. That acronym simply means
“The Highest, The Shortest, The Least. • Highest Selling Price
if you are a seller and the Highest Value if you are a buyer.
(For me, Highest Energy) • Shortest amount of time • Least
amount of inconvenience. I see all my relationships with
clients, such as you as one entered not only with a fudiciary
responsibility, but also as a partnership with a desired
win-win outcome. One other aspect of me that will greatly
benefit you in working with me is I LOVE information and
knowledge. Some say knowledge is power. And I agree whole
heartily. But that isn’t why it appeals to me. It’s fun! Would
you believe I actually enjoy taking tests! From the time you
begin the process of selling or buying your real estate until
the day of closing, many pertinent and important information
and decisions will need to be understood and decided. Rather
it’s negotiating your contract, getting the highest and best
use of marketing, avoiding any pitfalls or mishandling of
escrow instructions, and the many other number of details that
will require oversight, you can be confident in my confidence
and abilities. I’m a believer of balance and harmony.
So there are other aspects and interests that I have. I was
born and have lived in the Salt Lake valley all my years. I
graduated from Utah State University with a B.S. degree in
physical education. I taught and coached at Granger High
School. I have worked in the “Corporate World” in teaching and
supporting end users with accounting software, and the actual
application of accounting in the accounting department with a
local company. I have founded two companies. The most recent
is Money Stream Solutions. I have been trained and certified
in the selling and purchasing of privately held real estate
notes, both residential and investment properties and business
notes from the sell of a business. My personal interests
include reading, writing prose and essays and creating amusing
and inspirational cards using Photoshop. I enjoy making DVD
photo montages with music using Roxio software. For leisure
and recreation, I’m an avid golfer and love to play in
tournaments. I enjoy boating and camping, going to movies and
travel. My most favorite place to visit is the ocean--in
particular, Manzanita Beach in Oregon or Newport Beach in
California. I’m a volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
The thing I cherish the most ? The relationships I have with
my family who I simply adore and the wonderful close friends
that I have been blessed with. For all of them, I have much
gratitude
