I have been involved with the Real Estate and Mortgage
business for 22 years here in Utah. I have 16 years of New
Construction experience and I know many of the top
homebuilders. I have also sold many foreclosure properties for
the Veterans Administration, HUD and local banks. I know the
Salt Lake Valley very well.
My specialty is working with first-time buyers because of the
many special programs now available to them. Programs such as
Nehemiah, Hart, and the local grant programs are helpful in
creating down payments. Having worked as a Mortgage Loan
Officer for many years is an advantage, as I know the
requirements for many mortgage programs. I also have
experience with credit-worthiness issues, and I have helped
many families get into a home, who would have been turned down
somewhere else because of credit problems.
