I am fortunate to be able to work with my wife Cindy and my
daughter Sandy to form the Shoop Group. The Shoop Group is
committed to combining old fashion customer service, modern
technology and years of experience to provide our customers
with quality, cost effective real estate services.
We began our careers in 1986 when we realized the need for
personalized care in the Real Estate Industry. We have made a
difference ever since working hard to satisfy our client’s
individual needs. We support Miller and Company’s commitment
to excellence and enjoy our careers working with both buyers
and sellers in all locations and price ranges for their real
estate and mortgage needs.
Cindy was first licensed in 1986 after we had a bad experience
while trying to sell our first home. Cindy became successful
by providing our customers with the service they deserved. She
later managed one of the largest real estate offices in the
state. Cindy now has her mortgage agent license to provide our
customers with quality customer services with their mortgage
needs.
I supported Cindy in developing her real estate business from
the beginning. I got my license in 1997 and have continued to
support Cindy and her clients. I also now have my mortgage
agent license.
Sandy grew up around the real estate industry. She has been
helping with various aspects since 1990. She has worked in
both the title and lending industries and has a solid
background in these areas. Sandy got her license in 1999 and
has been actively selling real estate ever since.
